The rising fumes of Google’s rumors about Panda update has been confirmed by the search engine giant on Twitter. According to Google, they have rolled out the refresh on December 21, 2012, which has influenced about 1.3% of English queries.

This is 23rd version of the Panda update that first made the headlines on February 24, 2011.
